From May 14 to 16, LEOCH successfully convened its second North America Core Management Meeting of the year at its U.S. headquarters in Dallas. The high-level gathering brought together Dr. Dong Li, Chairman of LEOCH, and key leaders from the region's sales, technical, and supply chain teams to align on the company's strategic roadmap and solidify the direction for the region's deployment over the next three years.
As global trade dynamics continue to evolve rapidly, the battery industry is navigating both opportunities and challenges. Against this backdrop, the North American leadership team conducted a deep dive to identify core growth drivers unique to the region. Through data modeling and case analysis, a clear consensus was reached on the 2025 sales targets and medium-to-long-term strategic direction, while also laying out a robust strategic framework focused on customer-centric value and localized service excellence.
To ensure efficient implementation, a coordinated execution plan was mapped out. Led by the North America sales team, with full collaboration from the supply chain, delivery, finance, and technical team. By integrating resources and optimizing internal processes, LEOCH aims to boost its end-to-end service capabilities.
Dr. Dong Li emphasized that North America plays a pivotal role in the company's global development, highlighting the need to accelerate technical innovation and enhance regional responsiveness and deliver greater customer value.
The three-day meeting brought together 15 senior leaders from across the North American region, including Sales President Dennis Brown. In addition to strategy workshops, the agenda featured networking dinners and expert exchanges that fostered idea-sharing and strengthened team alignment. Key topics included product innovation, sustainable supply chain development, and long-term growth planning. A keynote by Matthew Raiford, Technical Director of the Consortium for Battery Innovation (CBI), infused external insights and inspired strategic reflection on industry trends and opportunities.
With this successful meeting marking a new milestone, LEOCH International is accelerating its global footprint. Guided by customer needs and powered by technological innovation, the company is committed to driving high-quality growth in the North American market and beyond.
