On February 18th, LEOCH International and Decision kicked off the SAP S/4 Global Project at LEOCH’s Zhaoqing facility.

The SAP S/4 project is designed to integrate an advanced business blueprint, standardized processes, and a unified platform that will facilitate enhanced cross-department collaboration. By fully leveraging the SAP system, LEOCH seeks to create a fully integrated information platform that will foster cross-department collaboration and ensure business standardization.

At the project launch meeting, Sandy, Vice President of Decision, presented the comprehensive project roadmap, detailing the strategic objectives and key milestones for successful implementation. The plan emphasizes critical actions needed to ensure a seamless and efficient rollout of the SAP S/4 system across all operational layers of LEOCH.

Ni Feng, Chairman of Decision, underscored the importance of the project in enabling LEOCH to make smarter decisions, enhance its operational agility, and deliver greater customer value through Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Additionally, the project will foster a team of skilled professionals, serving as a platform for managerial growth.
